If you receive fl owers, a volunteer will bring them to your room (delivery service is daily). Please note that the Family Birthing Centre and the Intensive Care Unit do not accept fl owers due to allergies and potential diffi culties for some patients. The Respiratory Unit also does not accept cut fl owers or any fragranced items, as many patients suffer from problems which can be aggravated by fl owers and perfumes (although most potted plants are fi ne, please check with the nurse before leaving plants with a patient).
