Television rental service is provided by the Hospitality Network.

• Ordering: Complete the order form located at the Hospitality Network display stand, prominently located near the Nursing Desk and/or elevators and return it to the secure lock box.
• Cost: $8.00 per day for basic TV and $10.00 per day for premium TV (including a headset), plus a one-time administration fee of $5.00. Special rates are available for long-term patients. All prices are subject to applicable taxes, and may change without notice. Payment is due upon activation and renewal, by cash, VISA, MasterCard, or cheque (with identifi cation).

A Hospitality Network representative will visit you between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. daily. You may also contact a representative by calling 905-883-1212, ext. 7171.

Please note that on the Mental Health Unit, televisions are located only in the lounges.
