York Central Hospital is always welcome to
hearing from physicians of all specialties. Our organization
is expanding greatly to service the increased needs of the
community. Therefore, there may be certain opportunities not

York Central Hospital is dramatically
increasing the size of its main site and currently maintains
services in five satellite locations to meet the needs of
Canada’s fastest growing community. Over the next few years we
will be undergoing a very exciting and substantial
redevelopment and expansion project of our Emergency, Critical
Care, Dialysis, Surgical, Birthing and Maternal/Newborn Care,
Mental Health, Diagnostic Imaging and Ambulatory Care areas
creating a state-of-the-art healthcare facility to better
serve our patients and their families.
